In sales we tend to eat on the run...& we eat emotionally to make ourselves feel better after an unproductive day...but the foods we eat only make us worse. Yes, in the short run, the endorphins are released bc you ate a Hot n Spicy, but you’re getting fatter & think/work in a fog bc you’re not eating foods that power you through your day.
Every day I eat yogurt, granola, almond butter, spinach, & avocado. Good tasting foods that keep me rolling.
Don’t make your situation worse. Try bringing some quick eats that are + not -
