You assess how you feel: tired, frustrated, hopeless.
You think about what you have to do today & all week.
Then you act with procrastinate, stalemate, negotiate, or any other stall that ends in -ate.
Dr. Greg Wells has a good book titled “The Ripple Effect.” He writes that if you want to change your results then you need to change your order.
Instead of FTA: Feel, Think, Act...switch it to ATF: Act, Think, Feel
