Be average first

If you want to sell 15 this month, you’d have to work with 1.5 customers per day. Sounds simple right?

...and this is where salespeople screw up...

The number (1 1/2) is so small that you fool yourself by thinking you can double it & yield twice the results, right?

Uh...wrong.

🔥You can’t build momentum until you build your averages & you can’t build averages until you consistently do the smaller number.

When you prematurely try to double your number, you quadruple the pain of rejection which causes you to get discouraged & revert to your old minimal ways.

Be big...but get to average first.
