We’re taught early on in sales to not “take it personal...” when a customer burns off on you, gets upset and loses it on you, or when the boss embarrasses you in front of others...don’t even take it personal when your kids want nothing to do with you...”they’ll come around.” But HTH are you supposed to take something when it personally/professionally hurts? 👉👉Thanks for supporting the show.
